We agree to provide compliance and testing services to you as set forth by
the DOT Federal Highway Administrations in 49 CFR Part 382. These packages include
but are not limited to Pre-Employment Testing, Random Testing, Reasonable Suspicion Testing, Return-to-Duty Testing and/
or Follow-upTesting. The packages also may include sample employer drug policies, employee education documents, annual
summary reports and record retention.
