Bard Material has used Compliance Services for the past three years.
Prior to that GA Watson had utilized these services as well. For many years Steve Rae has offered excellent services providing
on-site collections in a professional manner. He is always willing to answer any questions we may have. It has been our pleasure

Compliance Services is a very customer oriented business. Our employees
start work by 7:00 AM and it is a great convenience to have their testing done on site prior to starting the work day.

Compliance Services has provided Vita Plus with on-site Drug and
Alcohol testing for seven of the Vita Plus facilities located throughout Wisconsin and Iowa. This on-site testing is
truly a convenience to the Vita Plus facilities. Vita Plus appreciated the rapid turn-around time relative to test results
and accurate invoicing. In addition to on-site testing, Compliance Services Inc. has provided Vita Plus with driver education
and Federal DOT regulatory consulting services. Vita Plus is very happy with the services provided and will continue to utilize
them.

We are pleased to comment on the services of Compliance Services Inc.
Steve Rae is our contact person. He is very professional and knowledgeable as well as extremely flexible. As we hire new drivers,
they need to be tested for dug use. Steve is willing to come to our facility with only a day or two, at the most, notice.
Coming to our business is the biggest advantage for us. That keeps us from having our drivers & mechanics travel somewhere
else for the mandatory testing.
